Collaboration Agreement between CSDLAP and Asia Society Policy Institute December 13, 2017 CSDLAP signed Collaboration Agreement with Asia Society Policy Institute(ASPI), a constituent part of the Asia Society on December 13, 2017. The ASPI is a think/do tank leading the global discussion on Northeast Asia carbon market under the leadership of Kevin Rudd, the President of the ASPI and former Prime Minister of Australia.
